We have completed another adventure with our return from Provence late Saturday night.  The trip was planned by our friends Pam and Carol from Houston and included 11 other friends from Houston and our buddies from Germany.  They rented us Mas De Gancel (http://www.francevacationvilla.com/lemasdegancel/) located between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon mountain range.  I’m afraid words cannot do justice to the beauty of this place and I have limited pictures I can put on the web picture page. We hired a chef for our second night and last night together which allowed all of us to sit at the same huge table, discuss the trip, laugh, drink wine and enjoy amazing food with out having to clean up or cook.  As a chef, I can’t think of a more luxurious treat.

The leaves were changing, olives were being harvested and pressed for olive oil and the markets were full of fresh produce, fish, olives, and Provence specialties.
